Blood stains on leather
Blood stains can be stubborn, and are really annoying, particularly on leather upholstered furniture. It is important to take immediate action when you notice a blood stain. The runnier the blood is, the less it will have clotted, making it all the more easy to remove the stain. As blood clots, it forms a bond with the leather, making it more complicated to remove the stain. Whereas a fresh stain of blood can easily be removed with cold water, special cleaners are the only solution for a dried blood stain.
Please note that each leather type needs to be cleaned differently!
In the event of blood stains, you should react IMMEDIATELY and as a first aid measure wash the stain out with cold water.
PIGMENTED LEATHER
Then clean with the KERALUX® Cleaner Active Plus and treat with the KERALUX® Care Lotion P.

furniture. Oily and greasy stains such as colour transfer, e. g. from jeans, are particularly easy to remove with
this product.
PURE ANILINE / UNTREATED LEATHER
1. Wash the stain out with cold water.
2. Then clean with the KERALUX® Strong Cleaner.
3. Then treat with the KERALUX® Care Lotion A.

SUEDE LEATHER / nubuck, suede
1. Wash the stain out with cold water.
2. Then clean with the KERALUX® Strong Cleaner.
3. Brush-up the fibres with the KERALUX® Cleaning Cloth N .
4. Treat with the KERALUX® Care Lotion N.
5. Protect with the KERALUX® Protection Spray N with sun protection.
