LCK story

The success story of LCK (Leather Care Keller) began in 1984, in the days of the Black Forest Clinic and perms. At the time, the company founders were dealing in leather and quickly realized that there were no really suitable products for cleaning and caring for fine furniture leather.

This fact led them to develop and manufacture their own care products in order to adequately and permanently preserve the wonderful properties of this sophisticated natural material.

1990: first KERALUX^® leather care range

In cooperation with the Lederinstitut Gerberschule Reutlingen as well as renowned German tanneries and leading upholstered furniture manufacturers, LCK invested all its experience in the research and development of high-quality cleaning and care products for leather. At the beginning of the 1990s, the first professional leather cleaning and care range was launched on the market under the brand names KERAGIL^® and KERALUX^®.

And this is what the first KERALUX^® range for leather care looked like back then:

Today

Over time, we have expanded our range to include high-quality cleaning and care products for upholstered furniture made of fabric or artificial leather as well as furniture surfaces made of wood, stone, plastic, glass and stainless steel.

Today, we are the market leader for high-quality furniture care in Germany and synonymous with the highest quality. We live it in every area of our company: for the satisfaction of our customers, we combine our research laboratory, production, our consulting or repair service and sales under one roof - online and offline.

And not only in this country, LCK is now also known worldwide. We are currently represented by 33 foreign agencies.

LCK - “Last Rescue...

Of course, we are first and foremost developers and manufacturers of high-quality furniture care products. But we also often act as a telephone helpline for all mishaps that happen on sofas and for some couches we are the very last resort.

Incidentally, we also look after the leather upholstery of leading aviation companies, for example, which regularly come to us for cleaning and repairs. And we are also responsible for ensuring that vacationers can enjoy clean leather seating on many a well-known cruise ship.
